How do I talk to adopters about the results?
Information about accuracy of testing is in shelter training materials provided at onboarding and in the first video here. If the shelter has questions about results, please email wisdomshelters@wisdompanel.com.
If the adopter is requesting genetic counseling, please refer the adopter to their veterinarian.
Who do I ask if I have questions about results?
For questions about breed ancestry, MDR1 result, and weight guidance results from shelters, contact Wisdomshelters@wisdompanel.com. For adopters with questions about their results after claiming their online report, please contact info@wisdompanel.com.
