I'm having trouble logging into the portal. Who do I talk to?
Please contact wisdomshelters@wisdompanel.com if you’re having trouble logging in to the portal. If your shelter is just getting started, you will receive your initial login credentials with your first Shelter Pack order confirmation email.
How long does it take to receive results?
Results take 1-3 weeks to process, starting from when the sample arrives at the lab. Sample status on your shelter dashboard will change from “Waiting” to “Processing” once received.
Who sends the adopter their results?
The shelter is responsible for providing the PDF report with QR code to the adopter and instructing them on how to claim their free online report. It’s important that adopters have also opted in to receive emails, as they will receive reminders to claim their report.
Where do I find results?
Sample statuses and finished reports are available on your shelter’s portal dashboard.
How will I know when sample results are ready?
Sample status will change to “report ready” in the shelter’s portal dashboard. Email notification will not be sent.
