Where do I mail samples?
All sample kits (the smaller envelopes inside the Shelter Pack) are pre-addressed and have metered postage.
Do you have tracking for samples?
No, tracking is only available for Shelter Pack orders, not for kits returned to the laboratory. Sample status will change in the shelter dashboard when the sample is received at the laboratory, and when the report is ready.
Can I expedite testing for a dog?
No, processing time at the laboratory cannot be expedited.
