This October, Adopt a Pet & the PEDIGREE® brand will team up to celebrate and promote dog adoption, around Homecoming season.
Help us spread the word and your adopters can enter to win a donation to the shelter of their choice!*
And when you spread the word on social, Adopt a Pet will engage with your posts (subject to approval) for increased visibility – all to help drive dog adoption.
Throughout the month of October, we will promote and celebrate dog adoption by encouraging adopters to share their dogs’ homecoming stories.
By sharing their story, adopters can receive a free sample of PEDIGREE® wet food, and will be automatically entered to win:
- One Grand Prize Winner: Professional homecoming photoshoot with their dog, a Wisdom Panel Premium dog DNA test, and a $4,000 donation to a 501c3 animal shelter or rescue of their choice.*
- Three Runners Up: PEDIGREE® starter kit (box of PEDIGREE® goodies, including treats, toys, dog bowl, and swag), a Wisdom Panel Premium dog DNA test, and a $2,000 donation to a 501c3 animal shelter or rescue of their choice.*
Starting on October 1 through October 31, use these resources to promote the campaign on your website and to post on social. Make sure to tag @adoptapet and @pedigreeus!

- Website display ad assets
- Static social post assets & copy for Instagram and Facebook
- Instagram story frames and stickers, to be used on photos of adoptable dogs
Adopt a Pet will actively engage with your content on social to help drive traffic to your shelter and boost dog adoptions.
