10/11/24: We continue to work on this issue. AutoUpload may still take 2-3 days to update for some users.

9/3/24: We are experiencing technical issues that are affecting AutoUpload users. If you use a software that uses our AutoUpload system, your pet updating (adding, editing, removing) may take longer than usual - up to several days instead of several hours.
Our sincere apologies! We understand how important removing those pets is to our website adopter users, shelters, and rescues.
While we work on a resolution, as an immediate workaround, shelters and rescues can log in to your Adopt a Pet account to manually delete any no longer available pets from your My Pet List.
