Organizations with an Adopt a Pet shelter/rescue account can refer owners to Rehome using a unique referral URL that provides additional benefits.
Benefits:

Private owner pets added via your unique referral URL automatically appear in your Community Pet iFrame. You can add to your organization's website. Referred pets given that extra exposure are more likely to be adopted. See How do I add Rehome community pet listings to my website? for details.
- Using the referral URL makes your organization eligible to receive future Rehome grant funds, and will give you access to future reporting features.
Get a Rehome Referral URL:
- If your shelter/rescue does not have an account on Adopt a Pet yet, apply here.
- If you already have an Adopt a Pet shelter/rescue account, or once your account is approved, contact us to ask for your Rehome referral kit with URL.
Pro tip: The referral URL takes owners directly to the Rehome sign-up form, so it's best used on your website or elsewhere along with information on how the Rehome service works, and any pet retention resources you may provide.
